What is the cost for custom design airplane graphics?

There are a number of variables that affect the cost. One reason is the design, another reason is the graphic elements by color. Different grades of film have different costs, which affects the end cost to our clients. For instance one black could be more expensive than a different type of black; also, if you have a graphic design that has a large element of the more expensive black, it would cost more than if you had a design that had less of that black.

Can I save money by using lower cost films?

We only recommend the highest quality films to increase the longevity of the graphic. The better quality will stand up to the elements and UV.

Have you ever done custom design work before?

Yes, we have done custom designs for a majority of the certified aircraft models produced in the last 30 years. Some of these include Cessna, Cirrus, Lance Air, and Piper, as well as experimental aircraft and RV kits. We can also create designs for smaller producers. We have done single engines & twins, for private pilots, and commercial fleets.

Can you put my logo on my plane?

Yes, we can. We have put logos on private planes as well as commercial fleets. We can help design or manufacture your existing company logo.

Why do you need my N Number?

We carefully incorporate it into your design and show you design illustrations that include your N number. To learn more about FAA regulations regarding N ******* click here.

Do you ever need to reapply my N Number to go with the design?

Yes, we do that often. We are also educated on the location of the N number for the regulation of various foreign countries including Canada, Mexico, Brazil, England and many others.

Are your graphics removable?

They are permanent and durable, but can be removed if/when you sell the plane.

Where do the graphics get installed?
    We offer 3 options:
  1. You can fly into our hanger to have them installed. We are located in Middleton, Wisconsin at the Middleton Municipal Airport -Morey Field. We have fly-in and drive-in maps here.
  2. We can also provide installation instructions for either self-installation or installation by your preferred Service Center.
  3. Arrangements can be made for the Air Graphics team to fly to you, if you prefer.
